SBA lender status given to community banks should be based on diversity not based on privileged member of majority. The handicap American legal justice system and small Business Administration should see the wound of sub prime mortgage crisis and stress on credit ,small business, jobs and the economy because of our corrupted social justice system is based on names and privileged member of majority .

Browning money for small business from local banks is not as easy unless your name is john smith or John Patrick.

The troubled asset relief program of the government give Connecticut Webster bank $ 400 Million and Farmington saving bank $1.5 Billion to help small business . But, Running a business is not as easy as it should be minority borrowers in the United State are three times more likely than whites to receive loan, especially those who have very small mom & pop stores ,a disparity that far exceeds similar nationwide data, according to an analysis of business reports.

Owning a business is the American Dream. but , who can really buy the dream when lawless interest rates and fees from bank and unregulated business Taxes, City and State care for them-self instate of poor business owner who becomes victim of many unregulated charges, taxes, fines, fees and drive by inceptions of building department, Zoning department, fire department, health department, special revenue, consumer protection, tobacco compliance and Wife’s .

Minorities are still likely than whites to be approved for very small mom and pop business loans just to show diversity . Certain inner-city neighborhoods cannot generate the credit or loans to bring appropriate properties into business ownership . There is more commercial space for sale and for rent in the market this year then ever before in history.

Poor business owner cannot afford just rent and energy cost if SBA, city, State and banks are not willing to help those who are very small business owners in local communities . It is time for American social justice system to upgrade rule of law that is based on color and names and help all small business who are suffering from moral crisis , parties , vacations and good time of privileged member of majority.

I believe it is time to change our corrupted social justice system by realizing that the stone age is gone. The social justice system of our great nation is at great risk by politically appointed authorities who have no idea what the rule of conduct is and how to control lawless fevers that are based on sex, money, jobs and corporate greed .

It is time to upgrade wounded constitution by changing mental stage of all judges for moral values. The law of nature can be changed once we are ready to restore dignity for slaves like us the father and the son with Holy Spirit of human fealty!
The system of case before a court for social justice is corrupted beyond recognition. We believe it is almost that time to reverse the phrase “nation under republicans and democrats ” back to “nation under God”.

I hope that this democracy of democrats and republicans should use common sense by experiencing weather of mass distraction, ecological crisis of toxic global atmosphere , the earth and all it’s life is in stress because of unholy Jewish, Christian, Islamic, Buddha and Hindu polices of following money .

The ecological system of balance and chemistry of nature is in stress due to toxic water, toxic medical waste, toxic metals and toxic gases. Human life is based on balance and the pressure of gravity which is losing pressure due to temperature change.

The reality of gravity is based on very small elements individual and invisible substances around us and cannot been seen. These substances can transfer in the waves of sound and particle of oxygen in the deep ocean waters for life. These small elements individual and invisible substances around us are the miracle of supreme being and the cause of life.

The condition that make us human is not an accident it is based on theology. The new environmental illness or disease such as respiratory problems ,chemicals, allergens, pollution, and other toxins will contribute high numbers of neurological disorders unless we amend some new laws and change course.

Natural sleep is the most important part of human health which is control by the gravity of supreme being who changes the pressure of gravity on this earth two times a day for the phenomena of learning and memory for life. Real question we should ask our self in which general view must be formed and on whose basis our principal in life must be based ? The answer based on realistic notion is faith, love and human fealty.

The Tree House !

Ajmal was young kid and , he wanted to make a tree house all of his other friends were making tree houses of their own. Ajmal asked tons of people to help him make the house but nobody agreed but his son and daughter Adam and Laila. In the end Ajmal had to make the tree house on his own with his kids.

He cut the wood and hammered all the pieces together until the tree house was finally made. Even though the house wasn’t as good as his friends Ajmal still played in it. Then one day a gush of wind came and blew all the tree houses to the ground.

The only tree house that was still in good condition and was still in a tree was Ajmal’s tree house. All the people admired his tree house. The lesson learned in this story is that when a person works hard to make something he expects people to like it and admire it.

This story is exactly like how God (Rab) made the earth. He made everything so lovely and beautiful, then he made the first man who we all know as Adam to live in the wonderful world he made. When Adam first came on earth the sun was just rising. Adam opened his eyes and took a sneeze (The heart start pumping) and said, “ Allhum Dulila Hey Rabulalameen” meaning Thank you God (Rab)for the beautiful earth and it’s life !

IN GOD (Rab) WE TRUST WE HAVE FAITH IN HUMANITY (Rabi)

One day when Ajmal Mehdi was little 1974 the heavenly light told him to go to a place in Gulgasht Multan Pakistan close to a lake where two very old cobras lived. Everyone else in that town was an afraid to go any place near the cobras. The cobras were bathing in the sunlight the heavenly light told Ajmal to threw a rock up in the air by the lake. I threw the rock that hit a tree branch which made two leaves drop from the tree and then hit a crow on the head that made the crow fall right in front of the cobras who were bathing in the sunlight .

The crow started cawing, the cawing attracted more crows. Then a few minutes later there were about 40 to 50 crows gathered around the injured crow and the old cobras. The crows started biting and eating the cobras. What ajmal didn’t know is that when he had thrown the rock an fire ant was drowning in the waters of the lake asking God (Rab) to save her. When the rock made the Two leaves fall one of the leaf fell in front of the very small fire ant in the water. The ant then climbed onto the leaf and said, Thank you God the Beneficent , the Merciful .

This tells us that there is a God (Rab) of Humanity (Rabi) who helps animals when they ask for help as well as human Kind.

I pray to my God (Rab) every day and ask heavenly light .
what is life ? The answer is ” Efficient Cause ” God (Rab)

The causes of mental disabilities and destructions of family values are the reasons behind the rate growth in the prison population and expansion of hospitals in the United State. At this time roughly 2.5 million people are behind bars not including hospitals and mental institutes. Mental health is one of the most urgent health problem of the twenty first century in the world especially in the United state of America.

One simple example is the richest country is the largest jailer in the world for humanity. Thus, it is wake-up call for all state in the union to legislate social justice system of united state for family values and moral values for human fealty.

The real question we should ask all law makers, why a person becomes murderer, rapist, thief, robber and drug user?

The longer sentence for all criminals are unquestionably necessary and helps to drop in such crimes, but system should be focused on how many criminals and how to warehousing them to change there mental illness. The fundamental links in our spiritual and martial evolution that changed us from violent to sober human being is the force of love, ambitions and God.

It is time for each state in the union especially for the state of Connecticut to consider special rehabilitation program for family values, moral values and special incentive for poor families to keep them together for better society.

The benefit of redirecting non violent, first time drug offenders and other who are small criminals for rehabilitations based on family incentive, and for their kid’s futures also clear there criminal record within five years so they can get a job for better life.

All states in the union should consider reducing hard penalties for non violent those who have families. It is time to reduce cost of prison camp of humanity that has been astronomical and estimated 60 billion dollars annual expense of hard working American tax payers.

The second most urgent issue is the mental health of future generations. Autism, depression, paranoia in America and cerebellum function in Middle East, Asia and South Asia.

It is all about Genes that are contributing about 60 percent to Childs risk of developing mental problems. One study has shown that the marriage between first cousins doubles the risk of cerebellum functions and other learning defects for brain.

The shared ancestry is increasing the risk of many neurological problems in all parts of the world. Other study has shown that baby food with too much iron can be contributing risk of learning problems it is time to reexamine baby food and family drinking habits for child health.

It is time to upgrade wounded social justice system by introducing human fealty (equal representation of humanity without biases for moral values ).

This Earth ( Qusar-E-Batool ) cannot exist without a matter of nature and environment which is created by God (Rab) . Once we realize that we are part of the nature then philosophy gives name of its Crater (Efficient Cause ” The Creator ” ).

The power which is beyond the limits of matter and time.

I hope my reader is understanding the issue very sample way of saying this, we take a tree house. The tree house is just a material part and made of wood it cannot exist without a matter of wood. It is clear that the material (wood) cause is not the real cause which is responsible of making it. The real maker of this tree house is some one other then matter.

The Carpenter who made the house and philosophy give the carpenter the name “God” My main purpose is to show the earth’s primary matter is “Material Cause” and it’s real maker “Efficient Cause” .

The phenomena of ”Elements” is the efficient cause of life. The Protein structure in human genes are the elements of efficient cause which is playing vital important role for evolution from the beginning of the life to enrich humanity. It is supernatural activity of chemical mutation based on theology.

The rule of nature has shown better result for the offspring we create with the family values that are based on some kind of theology. The new principle in genetic segregation can grow better sex, height and color but with natural theological law of dominance can produce better psyche.

Materialistic stress on mental development of a child can produce an educated human with spiritual sense of awareness that person becomes humane.

Thus, The battle will continue in anatomical position the way I pray to God ( Rab-ul-alameen ) with no weapons other then my personal power with only one purposes that in God (Rab) we trust, we have faith in humanity (Rabi).

Is that true that the republicans fundamentalist and democrats fundamentalist are responsible of American moral values, family values, healthcare, and the environment by showing American citizens that the key is freedom ?

I do appreciate our system of freedom which is protected by First Amendment and with the 2nd Divine affirmation of human faith to express my suffering.

By signing the Patriot Act I am living continuously under threat that I am been Judged on every move I make someone is watching me and every breath I take someone is listening me worry about slightest mistake fear is stealing away my life in the chain of Slavery that was put in our necks by few republicans fundamentalist and democratic fundamentalist.

It’s necessary now here in our Homeland and rest the World to introduce the divine affirmations of Human Faith for human fealty based on new life shining with light and full of happiness. This new idea of humanity is the real message of peace in the world.

The goal that The divine affirmations of Human Faith set up for human being in their lives is the satisfaction and the moral value by means of which all actions must be measures to save human life. The only way we can treat the World Phenomena of Poverty, population, Health, war, global warming, earth, children and racial issues and many more by developing and constructing true faith a new nature where social love, environment and human health is more important than selfishness.

Therefore, the divine affirmations of Human Faith must be introduce and constitute as a new subject in the direction of development human goal and eliminating the danger of religious and color conflicts all over the World. This idea of humanity which advocates treating the problem by developing human value and giving every individual spiritual, moral and family value of human life.

Humanity is struggling various kind of dictatorship in which laws are monopolized for political and religious reasons. I know that our universe does not contain anything that cannot be known, only certain things that are still unknown will be discover in near future. The most important knowledge to know is that we are part of superior matter and changing material.

Therefore, We have responsibility to teaches respect of true freedom and life which is the correct diagnosis of the illness for social justice, American family values, moral values specially fatherlessness .

The festival of human life is based on superior matter(Soul) with material (Body) pleasure most human beings are unaware of spiritual matter which is the phenomena of Godlessness that cause adultery, population, drinking, smoking, drugs, racism, sexism, murder, theft, gambling, assault, and hell.

The matter is unlimited but material is limited to time . The pain that is contributing in my chain of slavery is that the rule of the majority is based on good time not wisdom.

Now imagine that the both groups which represents the nation’s majority seizes the power of Congress and legislation and justice system, and then Question is what life you would expect for the minority specially those who are like me but with (Human Faith) which is not written on the face.

Would it be strange for the majority of republicans fundamentalist and democratic fundamentalist to legislate laws particularly in the light of its own welfare to neglect the welfare of the minority and to fulfill its own desire in a manner unjust?

Question again, who would save the minorities and defend them against the chain of tragedies. I do apologize to be very critical to express my views when suffering from psychological effect to prove my patriotism by signing Patriot Act.

I don’t understand how I can have freedom to practice my own religion in a country where Christians and Jews don’t treat you fairly if you aren’t one of them republicans fundamentalist and democratic fundamentalist. It is time to upgrade wounded two party system of old democracy of fundamentalist by introducing Human Fealty.

My Chain of slavery started when National Security Agency’s (NSA) domestic wiretapping electronic surveillance program started without approval from special FISA court in 2002 .” Under the law ” government supposed to submit application to court before beginning illegal searches or obtaining business records to obtain intelligence in which case they didn’t for my small business Bristol Fashions LLc & Pine Lake manor Condo Association Inc.

The only condition of ” War ” FISA can allows the president of United State to approve without court approval for only up to 15 days and for emergencies up to 3 days. In September 2003 Hudson United Bank made me sign The Patriot Act because of Human Faith and our origin.

Lost job because someone wanted to “rearrange my face”

I realized that the banks and every next door patriotic none Muslim Citizen were helping secret domestic spying program that was authorized by the president in 2002, for monitoring the phone calls and emails of thousands of innocent none Muslim American citizens without warrants. On December 20th 2005 the New York Time revealed the existence of Slavery by domestic spying program by the government that made intelligence committee to conduct oversight of the wiretapping program and on August 17, 2006 a U.S. District Court ruled the program unconstitutional .

The lawsuit ( 308-cv- 1531(wwe) was filed because of racial profiling, illegal domestic wiretapping electronic surveillance program on innocent American citizen who where not Hindu, Christians and Jews , and religious discrimination from government agencies and some private business who helped FBI and Police for Spying because of our origin and Human Faith.

I was held in the prison camp of New Britain General Hospital of CT for two weeks without charge for surveillance without prior court approval ( a warrant) .

This matter came on before the Honorable Warren W. Eginton, Senior United States District Judge of CT and Mr. Warren made the decision by himself without a hearing.

We paid Attorney John R. Williams and Associates LLC $5000.00 to file the suit and we never attended any hearing for this case and now we have to pay another $10,000.00 to refilled it again.

Personally I feel that even when we will pay the $10,000.00 nothing will ever happen and the judge will make the decision again without a hearing. This is just one of those ways of taking money from families who are poor and not giving them any justice .

If America really is the land of the free then exactly what kind of freedom is this ?

We are seeking assistance in stopping Religious discrimination, racial profiling,illegal domestic wiretapping electronic surveillance program on innocent American and assistance to issue executive order to amend Human Faith is a religious of God (Rab).

As you know executive order 11246 as amended; Section 503 of the rehabilitation Act of 1973, as amended and the Vietnam era Veterans’ Readjustment assistance Act of 1974, as amended, 38 USC 4212. These authorities prohibit federal contractors and subcontractors from discriminating on the basis of race, color, religious, sex, nation, Origin, disability, and protected veteran status.

We also concern of safety and security of our family members here in United State and in Pakistan . Your support and executive order will help them get legal authority to ask religious freedom from there Governments .
